Inverness Marina Limited are currently building a new 150 berth marina just one mile from Inverness City centre.

Inverness, is a modern city that is the Highlands main settlement and the hub of a transport network leading to and from all parts of the Highlands and the rest of the UK .

The location of Inverness Harbour and marina is one of Scotland`s most sheltered, natural deep water harbours. The Marina lies seven miles south west of Chanonry Point in the Inverness Firth and just one mile from the city centre. It is situated in latitude 57 degrees 29` N longitude 004 degrees 14` W

The Moray Firth is a Special Area of Conservation(SAC) and as such dolphins, porpoises ,seals and birds are protected.

Inverness Marina supports the Dolphin Space program and requires that berth holders also abide by the SAC recommendations to avoid disturbance to these species.

Berthing

There are 147 pontoon berths each serviced with electricity and water. All access bridges are secured by combination locks and full cctv security cameras are in operation. The site will be WiFi connected

All berth holders and visitors must maintain third party insurance cover for craft,crew and guests against damage to other vessels or marina property for a sum of £2 million.
